So, if you want to be in a better place, start by changing your thoughts. I donโt mean the thoughts that involuntarily flit across your consciousness a million times a day. I mean the ones you decide to grab onto, turn over in your head, contemplate โฆ even when doing so only makes you feel bad, worse and worst.
Those thoughts? They are not “you,” and you are the boss.
