To really be strong, balanced, efficient, energetic, and move well, there are certain areas on your body that need to function well. And so to be efficient, you should structure your workouts around those areas that affect these areas the most to keep them as strong, balanced, and free as possible.
In the next lessons, you will find areas of your body that you need to focus on and some Myofascial Stretches and an ELDOA that you can do to start working on them.
Take your time to work on these as they will be the building blocks of the stretch aspect of your program.
