Itโs important to want to develop healthy habits. But without knowing WHY you want to reach a goal, youโre less likely to reach it.
So, think about it right now. What drives you? What is your why?
What keeps you going when things get hard?
โ Maybe you want to be able to play with your kids and grandkids.
โ Maybe you want to Be able to keep doing the activities you love.
โ Maybe you want to make sure you are self-sufficient when you are older so that you are not a burden.
It doesnโt matter WHAT your WHY is — only that you know what it is and can clearly focus on it whenever you need to.
