Find joy in continuing to get to know your body. Don’t fall victim to what you perceive as unfavorable. Your body is just talking to you. Attaching an identity around it or perceiving it as your body “doing something toward you” will keep you stuck. As you age, except for things to change. And as long as you learn, it will be for the better.
