I believe that struggle is the way to a fulfilling life.
You only grow, learn and improve through effort. If everything were easy breezy, you would have no motivation to work on what you needed, and life would be pretty boring.π
This is why I view a really specific holistic health and fitness as a vehicle to a full life.
You simultaneously improve your body by showing it love with the foods you eat, the lifestyle habits you give it, and the specific exercises you do to have it be able to keep up with the life you want to live.
But it’s not the actions that change you; it’s your desire to be brave and make the changes WITHIN you to do the activities that lead you to a fuller life. That struggle within you pushes you past who you are conditioned to think you are and opens you up to the potential of who you could become. π₯π₯π₯
It’s not about being perfect; it’s about working the process and slowly improving over time. It’s not just working out, it’s building a foundation for a better life.
