Each program begins by helping you identify your goals and then conducting a comprehensive evaluation that includes assessing your posture, flexibility, core function, strength, balance, and movement skills and obtaining your health and nutrition history.
From this assessment, an individualized person training program is developed for you. Along with receiving one-on-one personal training and manual therapy, you will be provided a step-by-step program to follow independently, giving you a 7-day custom-built exercise program. You are also given access to our online program so that we can give you access to the videos of the homework given to you. This will enhance the coaching you received in your session and help to ensure you are “doing it right.” You will be on a path that produces consistent, steady results and will have the tools to sustain good health for life.
